Step 3: Create a New Ticket

Click "Create Ticket" and fill in the following information:

Step 4: Track Your Tickets

View all your support tickets, their status (open, pending, resolved), and responses from our support team. You can reply to tickets and continue conversations as needed.

How do I get started with BIG BULL ENERGIES?

How are ROI payouts calculated?

ROI is calculated daily based on your package's total output percentage and duration. Each day's ROI is split into cashable (50%) and renewable (50%) portions. The cashable portion goes to your ROI wallet and can be withdrawn.

When are binary bonuses paid?

Binary bonuses are calculated and credited automatically based on matched business volume from your left and right teams. You earn 12% on the lesser (matched) leg. There is no capping on binary earnings; binary withdrawals follow the 24/7 policy described on the Our Plan and FAQ pages.

How does the voucher system work?

Vouchers provide a 2x multiplier on purchase value. A $100 voucher gives you $200 in investment value. You can create vouchers from any income wallet and use them to fully or partially cover investments.

What is the minimum investment amount?

The minimum investment is $10 (silver Plan: $10 - $9,999). Higher tiers start at $5,000, $15,000, $40,000, and $100,000. See the Our Plan page for full package terms. The minimum voucher amount is always 50% of the minimum investment amount.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Go to the Withdraw section, select the wallet you want to withdraw from (ROI, Referral, Binary, or career / achievement rewards), enter the amount, and submit your request. ROI, referral, and binary withdrawals are available 24/7 per company policy; career reward withdrawals are processed on the 1st of each month. Payouts are sent to your USDT TRC20 wallet after admin approval.

What is USDT TRC20?

USDT TRC20 is a cryptocurrency (Tether on the Tron network) that we use for all deposits and withdrawals. Your wallet address must start with 'T' and be a valid TRC20 address.

How long do investments last?

Duration depends on your package: 200 days (Package 1) down to 160 days (Package 5). Your investment earns daily ROI for the full bond period. After expiration, the investment is deactivated and stops earning ROI. See Our Plan for each tier’s daily ROI and principal return.

Can I have multiple investments?

Yes! You can have multiple active investments in different packages simultaneously. Each investment earns ROI independently based on its package terms.

What happens if I forget my password?

Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. You'll receive password reset instructions via email. Make sure you have access to the email address associated with your account.
